- OUR COMPANY
The e-shop elmi.gr (mentioned hereafter as “e-shop”) is the electronic shop of trade, sale and supply products via Internet of the Greek company ELMI SYSTEMS S.A. (mentioned hereafter as “the Company”) located at 165, Athinon Ave, 12461 Haidari Attiki, in Greece (VAT: 094075071 / Tax Office FAE Athinon). ELMISYSTEMS S.A. is the exclusive distributor in the Greek market of CASIO COMPUTER CO. LTD Japanese products.
The products and services of the e-shop elmi.gr are provided according to the present terms of use, the L.2251/1994 «on consumers’ safety”, and the privacy policy and protection of personal data. The visitor when entering the e-shop should read carefully and be complied according the present terms. The COMPANY maintains the right to amend the present terms and conditions of transaction realized via e-shop. The use of the electronic shop is considered as acceptance of the website’s present terms of use and purchase.
- Provided products and information
The COMPANY is committed to providing excellent quality, completeness and validity of information mentioned in website elmi.gr about accuracy of data as well as services provided by the e-shop products and services without the prejudice of technical or typing errors that cannot be foreseen.
- Limitation of liability
The COMPANY shall not be held liable to its customers/users for damage that might occur from the execution of their order. Also, the Company is reserved for the delivery time of merchandise in cases of force majeure or non-sufficient stock quantity. The electronic shop provides the content (e.g. information, name, photos, figures), the products and the services provided through the site “as they are”. Under no circumstances the e-shop or the COMPANY are to be held liable for any claims of a legal or civil and/or criminal nature, nor for any damage (positive, special or incidental, which is indicative and not restrictive, alternatively and/or cumulatively consists of loss of profits, data, lost profits, monetary satisfaction, etc.) by users of the website or third parties from any cause that derives from the operation or not or/ and the use of the website or/and the inability of provision of services or /and information provide by it or/and possible not allowed interventions o third parties in products or/and services or /and information provided through it.
The customer/user of the website maintains the right of withdrawal from distance contracts based on L.2251/1994 as applied by the Joint Ministerial Decision (Κ.Υ.Α.) Ζ1-891/2013. The relevant form of notice of withdrawal is concluded in accordance with the present terms. It is pointed out that the protection foreseen by the law regulations referring to distance contracts as well as the present terms, are applied only to transactions with natural persons for reasons that do not refer to their commercial, industrial, professional or business activity.

The website elmi.gr is the official e-shop of ELMI SYSTEMS S.A.. The whole content of the website including images, graphics, designs, texts, provided services and products constitute an intellectual property of ELMI SYSTEMS S.A. or of third parties contracted with the company and protected in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Greek Legislation, European law and international agreements. It is forbidden any copy, analogue/digital reproduction and publication, distribution, transfer, downloading, sale, creation of productive work or misleading of the public related to the real supplier of the website’s content. Any reproduction, publication, loading, announcement, transmission or any other use of the content by any other way or mean for commercial or other purposes, it is allowed only with prior written consent by ELMI SYSTEMS S.A.. The names, images, logos and distinctive elements that represent ELMISYSTEMS S.A. or/and its e-shop elmi.gr or/and third parties contracted as well as their products or services are exclusive trademarks or trademarks of ELMISYSTEMS S.A. and protected by the Greek, European and international laws on trademarks and industrial or intellectual property.
- Personal data
For the use of the e-shop it is necessary the acknowledgment and registration of necessary personal data. In order to place an order, you will be asked to provide only your full name, address, delivery address, telephone number, e-mail address and if you choose to pay with a credit card, the number, date of expiry CVV/CVC number. With the registration of your email address you accept to receive all necessary notifications to the registered e-mail address for the execution of your order.
- Protection of personal data
During your visit at the website of the e-shop, you will be asked to insert your personal (name, surname, e-mail address, delivery address, etc.) mostly for the execution of your order or the provision of our services. The personal data stated in elmi.gr website are only the necessary ones and they are kept only and exclusively for reasons of transaction execution with you, the improvement of the services provided and the assurance of operation of the relevant service and it is not allowed to be used by third parties (with the exception as foreseen by the Law only to the competent authorities).
In any case, ELMI SYSTEMS S.A. personnel who have access to your personal data are only website’s administrators for the execution of orders.
Applicable Law is as the Greek Law according to the General Data protection Regulation 2016/679/EU and the applicable national and European legislation on the protection of personal data.

For the rest referring to acceptance of the present terms you are obliged to be informed on the Privacy Policy of ELMISYSTEMS S.A. at https://elmisystems.gr/politiki-aporritou. Executing the order through our website, you accept unconditionally our Company’s privacy policy.
- Purchase of products
During the purchase and the implementation of the order, the customer/user is lead step by step by the automated system instructions. The order is registered. With the completion of the order, an e-mail message is sent to the customer/user through e-mail verifying the delivery of the order. The order placed will be considered as concluded contract only after the reception of the order verification sent by the e-shop to the customer/user through e-mail. Also, the COMPANY has the right to contact with the user by phone so as to confirm the order. In any case, the customer/user can check the order and correct it before the implementation of the order.
- Prices of purchased products
The prices mentioned next to each product as final price (“Price”) include the respective legitimate VAT. The mentioned prices do not include the shipment cost. The total cost (including shipping expenses) is confirmed with the completion of the order.
- Methods of payment
The payment option provided by elmi.gr are the following:
Payment with Cash on delivery to the courier with possible additional charge for the delivery.
With the delivery of your order from our shop located at 165, Athinon Ave in Haidari Attica.
Payment with credit, debit or prepaid card (Visa MasterCard Maestro).
Payment via PayPal account
- Shipment – Product availability – Period of delivery
After the purchase/order procedure and provided that the product is available to our storehouses, the customer can choose one of the available ways of delivery offered by the Company.
In case of non-availability, the company will inform the customer on the delivery date.
– Dispatch by Courier
For orders above 50€, the shipment is free of charge.
– Shipment
All musical instruments are sent only with transportation company apart from SA model series that are sent via ACS.
The shipment is free of charge for delivery at the transportation agency.
For delivery at the recipient’s address, you should contact directly with the transportation company (extra charges might occur).
If your area is located in a place where distribution network is not covered, then delivery can be realized to the nearest transportation agency.
– Delivery at the shop
You can deliver your product from our shop, at 165, Athinon Ave, Haidari, without extra charge, daily 9:00-17:00, Monday to Friday, apart from official bank holidays.
In case of non-availability, the company will inform the customer on the delivery date.
The orders are executed daily between 9:00-17:00, Monday to Friday, apart from official bank holidays.
All order are sent by ACS courier. Electronic Musical Instruments are exempted.
Orders which are registered until 13:00, are sent within the same day and delivered within 1-2 working days depending on the delivery address.
In islands and distant areas, the delivery can be realized within 4 working days.
- Product returns – Right of withdrawal
The customer should check carefully the condition of purchased products by the time of their delivery, their intact packaging, so as to notice any obvious defects for e.g. damaged merchandise, wrong model etc.
The customer has the right to return the product purchased from our e-shop within 15 calendar days from the date of its delivery. The returns are being accepted only if the products are in the condition delivered and in their full packaging (user manual, guarantees, etc.). Additionally, referring to watches with bracelets, their bracelet links must not been removed.
Along with the returned product it is imperative condition to include also the filled Notice of Withdrawal form attached to the present terms of use the purchase receipt (retail receipt).
– Shipment expenses: the return, the expenses of which bear the customer, is made within 15 calendar days from the date of the relevant Notice of Withdrawal.
-Check & Refund: provided that the product is received within the due period of time and after being checked and found its good condition according to the conditions above, we will proceed to the refund of the whole amount for the specific purchase within 15 days at the latest from the date of its dispatch.
